Tasty Pineapple BBQ Chicken Kebab | Annachi Pazham BBQ Kari Kabab

Boneless Chicken - 250 gm
Pineapple Paste - 3 tbsp
BBQ Sauce - 2 tbsp
Hung Curd - 2 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
Butter - required
Bamboo Skewers - soaked an hour. |
Steps To Make The Pineapple BBQ Chicken Kebab :
- To marinate, mix the pineapple paste, BBQ sauce, curd, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, required salt and chicken pieces. Then marinate for minimum 2 hour or longer in refrigerator. (Image 1 and 2)
- After marinate, shake away the excess marinated masala from the chicken pieces and thread them on the skewers one by one.
- Brush the chicken with butter and grill for 20 to 25 or till done, turning them halfway. (Image 3)
(If kept in refrigerator, take it out 30 minutes before grilling)
