Sweet Corn - 1 no
Fresh Curd - 1 cup
Vermicelli \ Semiya - 1/2 cup
Semolina \ Sooji \ Ravai - 1/2 cup
Green Chilli - 1 or 2 no
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp
Salt to Taste. |
Steps To Make The Sweet Corn Dosai :
- To make the dosai batter, mix the semolina \ ravai, vermicelli \ semiya, curd and 1/2 cup of water, soak for an hour. (Image 1)
- Meantime, steam the sweet corn in the pressure cooker for 1 whistle and 5mins over simmer.
- Cool the steamed corn and take out the kernels.
- Grind 3/4 quantity of corn kernels and mix into the soaked curd batter mixture. (Image 2)
- Then mix the remaining corn kernels, green chilli, coriander leaves and required salt. (Image 3)
- If the batter is too thick, add some water and mix well. (Image 4)

- To make dosai, heat the iron tawa, pour ladle full of batter in the center and spread into circle, pour a teaspoon of oil around the dosai, cover and cook, when the side turn brown color turn and cook til done. (Image 5)
- Do the same for the remaining batter and serve hot.

Serving Suggestion : Serve hot with mint chutney.
