How To Make Schezwan Egg Fried Rice Easily At Home | Indo-Chinese

Ingredients :

Fried Rice
Basmathi Rice - 2 cups
Egg - 4 nos
Carrot - 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Beans - 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Cabbage - 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Garlic - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Schezwan Sauce - 2 to 3 tbsp
Chili Sauce - 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
Spring Onion - 3 stalk
Oil - 6 tbsp
Salt to Taste.


Method :

Steps To Make The Schezwan Egg Fried Rice :

  • First Pressure cook the basmathi rice with three cups water and required salt for 1 whistle and two minutes over simmer. (Image 1)
  • Meantime, separately make the scrambled egg with two tablespoon of oil and required salt, keep aside. (Image 2)
  • Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in a kadhai \ pan, add in the carrot and bean, saute till the vegetables cooked half. Then add in the cabbage and cook till its raw smell leaves, keep aside. (Image 3 and 4)
Fried Rice
  • To make the schezwan egg fried rice, heat two tablespoon of oil in a kadhai \ pan, stir in the garlic till its raw smell leaves. (Image 5)
  • Add in the schezwan sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce and little salt, mix all and cook till its raw smell leaves. (Image 6 and 7)
  • Add in the prepared vegetables and mix well. (Image 8)
Fried Rice
  • Then add in the pressure cooked basmathi rice and mix well altogether. (Image 9 and 10)
  • Finally stir in the scrambled egg and spring onion, mix well and ready to serve.

Serving Suggestion : Serve hot with the chicken tandoori and kebab
