Panna Cotta is an Italian dessert. Now it is popular everywhere in India. It is made from the milk, cream, sugar and gelatin. Veg it by using agar agar. It is very easy to make. I have tried with the twist of banganapalli mango puree, it came out perfectly. Now for the recipe...

Ingredients :

Banganapalli Mango Puree - 1 cup
Gelatin - 1 tbsp
Milk - 1 cup
Fresh Cream - 1/2 cup
Demerara Sugar - 1/3 cup

Method :

Steps To Make The Mango Panna Cotta :

  • First soak the gelatin in three to four tablespoon of warm water and keep aside. (Image 1)
  • Mean time, heat the milk and cream together. Then add in the demerara sugar, mix well and cook till the sugar dissolved. (Image 2 and 3)
  • Add in the soaked gelatin, mix well and cook for an minute. (Image 4)

  • Remove from the flame and cool the milk-gelatin mixture little. (Image 5)
  • Stir in the mango puree. (Image 6 and 7)
  • Strain the mixture using metal sieve and the mango panna cotta mixture is ready. (Image 8)

  • Spoon the mango panna cotta mixture into the silicone cup cake molds. (Image 9)
  • Set in the refrigerator for an hour or until set, then de-mold and serve chill. (below image)
