Ingredients :

Baby corn tandoori
Baby Corn - 10 no
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Black Salt - 1/4 tsp
Maida - 2 tbsp
Besan Flour - 2 tbsp
Curd - 3 tbsp
Tamarind Paste - 2 tsp
Oil - required
Salt to Taste.

Method :
Baby corn tandoori

Steps To Make The Baby Corn Tandoori :

  • To blanch the baby corns, heat a cup of water with quarter teaspoon of turmeric powder and little salt. Bring to boil and add in the baby corns and cook till soft. Then drain the water and cool the baby corns completely. (Image 1)
  • To make the tandoori masala, mix all the remaining ingredients altogether except oil. Then mix the blanched baby corns and coat the masala all sides. (Image 2 and 3)

  • To make the baby corns tandoori, heat the iron tawa or pan and shallow fry the baby corns until golden brown colour. (Image 4)
  • Ready to serve.

Serving Suggestion: Serve hot the baby corn tandoori with the Village Sambar Rice or Dal Rice.

Can we make this recipe without maida?

Hai Anonymous, yes u can. But maida is a good binding agent, so instead of that, use cornflour or leave it....
