Ingredients:

Mutton Keema Spaghetti
Mutton Keema | Goat Keema - 1 cup
Spaghetti - 200 gm
Large Tomato - 2 nos
Garlic - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Onion - 1 no (finely chopped)
Red Chili Paste - 1 tbsp (blanched, paste)
Mixed Herbs - 1 tbsp
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Fresh Cream - 2 tbsp
Cheddar Cheese - required
Oil - 2 tbsp + 1 tsp
Salt to Taste.

Method :
Mutton Keema Spaghetti

Steps To Make The Mutton Keema Spaghetti:

  • To make the tomato puree, boil two cup of water, using knife make an cross cut ( X ) on the bottom of tomatoes, then add the tomatoes into the boiling water and cook for about five minutes over simmer. Transfer them to a bowl of cold water, cool little and peel off the skin. Then grind the blanched tomatoes into fine paste and keep aside. (Image 1 and 2)
  • To cook the spaghetti, Boil a liter of water in a pan with some salt and a teaspoon of oil. Add the spaghetti and cook for about 8 to 10mins till the spaghetti is cooked. Then strain the spaghetti and keep aside. (Image 3)

  • To make the mutton keema gravy, heat the remaining oil in a pressure cooker pan and stir in the garlic till its raw smell leaves. Add in the onion and cook till its turn golden colour. (Image 4)
  • Add in the prepared tomato puree and saute till its moisture reduced. (Image 5)
  • Add the mutton keema and mix well. (Image 6)
  • Stir in the red chili paste and required salt. Add half a cup of water and mix well. (Image 7)

  • Cover the pan and cook for 1 whistle and 3mins over simmer. When all the steam has released, open the pan and mix well. (Image 8)
  • Add in the mixed herbs and pepper powder, mix well. (Image 9)
  • Add in the fresh cream and cook till its turn thick gravy consistency. (Image 10 and 11)
  • Serve with the spaghetti and grated cheddar cheese.
