Ingredients :

Cake Pops
Unsalted Butter - 30 gm ( room temperature )
Caster or Powdered Sugar - 1\4 cup
Small Egg - 1 no ( room temperature )
Vanilla Essence - 1\2 tsp
Maida | All Purpose Flour - 1\2 cup
Baking Powder - 1\4 tsp
Cooking Soda - 1\8 tsp
Milk - 2 to 3 tbsp
Oil - required
Melted Chocolate - required.

Method :

Steps To Make The Cake Pops With Paniyaram Pan:

  • Sieve the maida with the baking powder and cooking soda for 2 to 3 times.
  • To make the cake pops batter, beat the butter and sugar till creamy. (Image 1)
  • Add in the egg and vanilla essence, and beat till combined. (Image 2)
  • Fold in the maida mixture with required milk and keep aside. (Image 3 and 4)

  • To make the cake pops, heat the paniyaram pan with oil. Spoon a teaspoon of prepared cake batter on the each paniyaram hole and cook over simmer only. When the side turns golden colour, turn and cook till golden colour. (Image 5 and 6)
  • Do the same for the remaining batter.
  • Then insert the tooth pick in the cake pops and dip in the melted chocolate, refrigerate for about 5minutes and serve. (Image 7)
