Ingredients :

Pasi Paruppu - 1 cup
Sugar - 3\4 cup to 1 cup
Cardamom - 3 nos
Ghee - 1\2 cup (+ or -)
Ghee - required.

Steps To Make The Maa Ladoo Recipe:

  • Dry roast the pasi paruppu over simmer till slightly brown colour and also nice aroma by stirring continuously. Cool the roasted pasi paruppu completely. (Image 1)
  • Grind the cooled pasi paruppu into fine powder and transfer into a mixing bowl. (Image 2 and 3)
  • Then grind the sugar and cardamom into fine powder and transfer into the same mixing bowl. (Image 4, 5 and 6)

  • Melt the half a cup of ghee in a kadhai. (Image 7)
  • Add the ghee into flour-sugar mixture little by little, make small balls and the maa ladoo is ready. (Image 8 and 9)
