Baked Mutton Samosa And Mint Chutney | Delicious Goat Meat Samosa

Samosa Filling | Stuffing :
Boneless Mutton | Goat Meat - 200 gm (chopped or keema)
Cinnamon Stick - 2"
Cloves - 3 no
Pepper - 1\2 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
Dry Red Chili - 2 no
Ginger - 1"
Garlic - 3 cloves
Sambar Onion | Shallots - 1\2 cup (chopped)
Small Tomato - 1 no (chopped)
Turmeric Powder - 1\4 tsp
Egg - 1 no
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp
Samosa Dough :
Maida - 1 cup
Omam | Ajwain - 1 tsp
Butter - 50 to 60 gm
Water - required.
Mint Chutney :
Mint Leaves - 1\2 cup
Curd - 1\3 cup
Green Chili - 1 no
Lemon Juice - 1\2 no
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - little. |
Steps To Make The Samosa Filling | Stuffing :
- Dry roast the cinnamon stick, cloves, pepper, cumin seeds, fennel seeds and dry red chili over simmer. Then cool the spices completely and grind into powder. (Image 1 and 2)
- Heat the oil in a pressure cooker pan, add the ginger garlic and stir till its raw smell leaves. (Image 3)
- Add the shallots and saute until it turns slightly golden colour. (Image 4)
- Add the tomato and saute for an minute. (Image 5)
- Add the mutton pieces and turmeric powder, mix well and saute for an minute. (Image 6)

- Add a cup of water and required water, mix well and bring to boil. (Image 7)
- Cover and pressure cook for an whistle and 20 minutes over simmer. When all the steam has escaped and then open the pan. (Image 8)
- Add the ground spices, mix well and cook till dry. (Image 9)
- Make an well and break an egg in the center, mix well and make scrambled egg. (Image 10 and 11)
- Finally add the coriander leaves, mix well and cool the mixture completely. (Image 12)
- Samosa mutton stuffing \ filling is ready.

- To make the dough, In a mixing bowl, add the flour, butter, omam and required salt, mix well. (Image 13 and 14)
- Then sprinkle the water little by little and knead into soft dough. (Image 15)
- Divide the dough into 6 equal parts (+ or -). Roll out the dough into circle and cut into half. (Image 16)
- Take a half circle dough, make a cone shape and seal the side by using water. Then place a tablespoon of stuffing inside and close well by using water. (Image 17 and 18)
- Do the same for the remaining dough.

- To bake, grease a baking dish, arrange the prepared samosas and brush the top by milk. (Image 19)
- Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 220 Celsius or until the top turns golden colour. (Image 20)
- Meantime to make the mint chutney, grind all the mentioned ingredients into paste and serve. (Image 21 and 22)

Serving Suggestion: Serve the baked mutton samosa with the mint chutney.
