Ingredients :

Chocolate Bar - 150 to 200 gm
White Sugar - 1 cup
Fresh Cream - 1\4 cup
Butter - 25 gm
Chocolate Mold.

Method :

Steps To Make The Homemade Caramel Filled Chocolate:

  • To make the caramel filling, In a sauce pan, spread the sugar evenly and add two tablespoon of water in the center. (Image 1)
  • Cook over simmer until the sugar turns golden brown colour. (Image 2 and 3)
  • Then carefully add the butter and fresh cream, stir slowly and cook till sauce consistency. (Image 4 and 5)
  • Cool the caramel sauce completely, once cooled it will turns thick.

  • Meantime, chop the chocolate evenly into small pieces and melt by double boiler method. (Image 6 and 7)

  • To make the shell, fill the melted chocolate into the chocolate mold and refrigerate for 5minutes (+ or -). (Image 8)
  • Then tip the mold upside down over the bowl and use a knife to scrape excess chocolate from the top of the mold. Then refrigerate 5minutes. (Image 9)
  • To fill the caramel, put the prepared caramel into the pipping bag and cut the edge little. Then carefully pipe the caramel into the shell and leaves some space at the top. (Image 10 and 11)
  • Finally cover the caramel with remaining melted chocolate and refrigerate 10 minutes, De-mold and serve. (Image 12 and 13)
