Ingredients :

Instant Bonda Idli Dpsai Batter
Idli-Dosai Batter - 1 and 1\2 cup (freshly ground batter)
Shallots | Sambar Onion - 1\2 cup (chopped)
Green Chili - 1 no (finely chopped)
Ginger - 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Asafoetida Powder - 1\4 tsp
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Salt to Taste
Oil for deep fry.

Steps To Make the Idli-Dosai Batter Instant Bonda:

  • In a mixing bowl, add the idli-dosai batter, shallots, green chili, ginger, asafoetida, coriander leaves and salt, mix well altogether. If the batter is not thick means add some kadalai maavu (besan flour) and mix well. (Image 1 and 2)

  • Then heat the oil and make small bonda, cook over medium flame until golden brown colour. Ready to serve.
