Steps To Make The Soya Bean Milk:

  • Wash and soak 1\2 cup of soya bean with enough water for overnight. (Image 1)
  • Then grind the soaked soya bean into fine paste with a cup of water. (Image 2 and 3)
  • Sieve the mixture using metal siever. (Image 4)

  • Repeat the process with the another 3 cup of water (+ or -) and extract the soya milk or until you get clear solids. (Image 5)
  • Again sieve the soya milk with muslin cloth to remove the soya solids fully. (Image 6 and 7)
  • Then cook the soya milk for 7 to 10 minutes over simmer by stirring continuously to avoid burnt at the bottom. (Image 8)
  • Cool them and keep aside. Once cooled it will turns thick.
  • Below, lets see how to make simple cardamom flavored soya milk.

Ingredients :

Prepared soya milk - 1\4 cup to 1\2 cup
Cow's Milk - 3\4 cup to 1 cup
Sugar - required
Crushed Cardamom - 1 no
Ice Cubes - required.
