Ingredients :

Homemade Grape Crush
Seedless Grapes - 500 gm
Sugar - 200 gm
Lemon Juice - 2 no
Ice Cubes - required.

Method :

Steps To Make The Grape Fruit Crush Recipe:

  • Wash and remove the grapes from the stem. (Image 1)
  • Then pressure cook the grapes with half a cup of water for an whistle. When all the steam has released, open the pan. (Image 2 and 3)

  • Meantime, to make the sugar syrup, heat the sugar and half a cup of water in a saucepan. Bring to boil and cook till the sugar dissolves. (Image 4)
  • Then turn off the flame and add the lemon juice, mix well and keep aside. (Image 5)

  • Then mash the pressure cooked grapes well with a masher. (Image 6)
  • Add the sugar syrup, mix well and the grape crush is ready. (Image 7 and 8)

  • To make the grape crush juice, mix 1\4 cup of  grape crush with 3\4 cup of water, mix well and serve with ice cubes. (Image 9, 10 and 11)

How long is the shelf life for the crush?

Actually store the grape crush in refrigerator and its shelf life is around an week only. You can also store more than an week but its taste and flavour will reduce day to day. Because I'm not used preservatives and essence. Thank You.
