Ingredients :

Cheddar Cheese - 1\4 cup (grated)
Butter - 2 tbsp
Maida - 1\4 cup
Garlic Powder - 1\2 tsp
Onion Powder - 1\2 tsp
White Pepper Powder - 1\2 tsp
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Oil for deep fry.

Method :

Steps To Make Fried The Cheddar Cheese Balls:

  • To make the cheese ball dough, boil 3\4 cup of water and butter in a pan. (Image 1)
  • Add the maida flour and mix well without lumps. (Image 2)
  • Cook until the maida mixture is turns into very soft dough consistency. (Image 3)
  • Then add the garlic powder, onion powder, white pepper powder and coriander leaves, mix well and cool completely. (Image 4 and 5)

  • Once cooled, add the grated cheddar cheese, mix well and the dough is ready. (Image 6 and 7)
  • Then make small balls. (Image 8)

  • Heat enough oil in a kadhai to deep fry, turn the flame into simmer, then drop 7 to 8 chedder cheese balls, when the edges turn golden colour means then stir the balls gently and cook until slightly brown colour. Don't stir frequently else cheese balls will break easily. (Image 9, 10 and 11)
  • Do the same for the remaining cheese balls and serve hot.
