Ingredients :

Chicken Breast - 1 no (1 and 1\2 inch size)
Ginger - 1 inch
Garlic - 2 to 3 cloves
Green Chili - 1 no
Coriander Leaves - 1\4 cup
Mint Leaves - 1\4 cup
Curd - 1\2 cup
Red Chili Powder - 1\2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1\2 tsp
Cumin Seeds Powder - 1\2 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1\2 no
Salt To Taste
Oil or Butter - as required
Skewers - 3 to 4 no

Steps To Make The Green Chicken Tawa Grilled Kebab :

First to make the green masala for the kebab, grind the ginger, garlic, green chili, coriander leaves, mint leaves and curd into fine paste without water. To marinate, transfer the green masala into the mixing bowl, add the red chili powder, garam masala, cumin seeds powder, lemon juice and required salt, mix well altogether. Then add the chicken pieces, mix well altogether and marinate for an hour or more.

After marination, thread the marinated chicken pieces into the skewers for about 5 to 6 pieces ( To make it more tastier you can use capsicum and onion cubes ). Heat the iron tawa with some oil. Grill the kebab on hot tawa over medium flame until golden brown colour. Rotate the skewers and cook all side evenly with required oil. Serve hot.

Notes : Use curd to make the green masala paste for good taste. Use some butter to grill the kebab for nice flavor. Cook the kebab over medium flame to cook evenly. You can also use vinegar to soften the chicken pieces.
Serving Suggestion: Sprinkle some chat masala on the grilled green chicken kebab and serve hot with the biryani, naan, chapathi or rotti.
