Ingredients :

Prawn | Eraal - 200 gm (de-veined, washed)
Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp + 1 tsp
Red Chilli Flakes - 1  tsp + 1 tsp
Green Chilli - 1 no (finely chopped)
Lemon Zest - 1\2 tsp + 1\2 tsp
Onion - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Garlic - 1 tsp
Fresh Cream - 1\2 cup
White Pepper Powder - 1\4 tsp
Black Salt - 1\8 tsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Oil - required
Salt to Taste.

Steps To Make The Lemon Chilli Prawn And Creamy Lemon Chilli Sauce:

First marinate the prawn with a tablespoon of lemon juice, half teaspoon of lemon zest, one teaspoon of red chilli flakes, half green chilli and required salt for half an hour. After marinating, drain the prawn and keep the marinate (for sauce). Then shallow fry the prawn pieces with required oil and keep aside.
To make the sauce, heat the butter in a pan, add the onion, garlic, remaining red chilli flakes, remaining green chilli and remaining lemon zest. Saute till its raw smell leaves and turns slightly golden colour. Then add the reserved marinated juice and cook over simmer.

Add the fresh cream and cook till creamy, add the white pepper and black salt, mix well and remove from the flame. Finally add the lemon juice, mix well and serve the fried prawn with this creamy lemon chilli sauce.

Note: While making sauce, add the lemon juice once removed from the flame. If the sauce turns too tangy and hot means add some sugar or honey to balance the taste. If the sauce turns too thick means add some boiled milk.
Serving Suggestion: Serve the lemon chili prawn and creamy lemon chilli sauce with the pasta, spaghetti, chappathi or naan.
