Ingredients :

Compound Milk Chocolate or Dark Chocolate (room temperature)
Fresh Cream - 200 ml
Vanilla Essence - 1\2 tsp
Cocoa Powder - required
Desiccated Coconut - required
Method :

Steps To Make The Easy Homemade Chocolate Truffle:

Filter the excess water from the fresh cream and transfer the cream into a bowl. Measure the fresh cream, if it is 1\2 cup means, then 1\2 cup of compound chocolate is required. Then double boil the cream until warm. Add the chopped chocolates, mix well altogether without lumps and remove the flame. Cool into room temperature. This is known as ganache.

Then refrigerate the chocolate ganache mixture for about 3 hours or until firm. Take a teaspoon of chocolate, make balls and roll on cocoa powder or desiccated coconut. Again refrigerate for 2 to 3hours and the chocolate truffle is ready to serve.

My Notes: Instead of fresh cream you can also use double cream.
Serving Suggestion: Serve the chocolate truffles with ice cream.
