2016 Christmas And New Year Special Recipe - Cheesecake Brownie | How To Make The Cheesecake Brownie Recipe with the homemade fresh paneer. This is one of my best cake recipe. Cheesecake brownie is melting in the mouth with slightly crunchy paneer top layer. Coffee lovers, can also add coffee powder into the brownie mixture. My family enjoyed very much. Usually cheesecake brownie is made with the cream cheese only. But I tried with the fresh paneer, it came out perfectly. Also I used dark chocolate and demerara sugar to enhance brownie taste. Now lets see how to make this cheesecake brownie with easy available ingredients, step by step images and instructions.

Ingredients :

Homemade Fresh Paneer - 200 gm (made from 1 liter milk and 1 lemon juice)
White Sugar - 1\2 cup
Egg Yolks - 2 no
Unsalted Butter - 100 gm
Dark Chocolate - 100 gm
Demerara Sugar - 3\4 cup
Cocoa Powder - 2 tbsp
Egg - 3 no
Vanilla Essence - 1\2 tsp + 1 tsp
Maida - 3\4 cup
Baking Powder - 1\2 tsp
Cooking Soda - 1\4 tsp
Chocolate Chips - 1\4 cup
Cake Tin - 9"
Melted Chocolate - to serve.
Method :


Grease and dust the baking cake tin with butter and maida, keep aside. Sieve the maida flour with baking powder and cooking soda for two to three times and keep aside. Then grind the demerara sugar into powder and keep aside. Pre-heat the oven at 180 degree Celsius.

Steps To Make The Cheesecake Brownie:

For the cheesecake mixture, grind the homemade fresh paneer and white sugar into fine paste. Transfer the paneer mixture into a bowl, add the egg yolks and 1\2 tsp of vanilla essence, beat till combined and keep aside.
To make the brownie mixture, take a glass bowl, add the butter and dark chocolate and melt in a microwave. Then cool the chocolate mixture completely. And add the demerara sugar, cocoa powder, eggs and vanilla essence. Beat well till all combined together. Add the sieved flour mixture and fold gently.
Add the chocolate chips, gently mix well and the brownie mixture is ready. To bake, transfer the brownie batter mixture into the prepared cake tin and tap on the flour to spread the batter evenly. Then add the cheesecake mixture on the top of brownie batter, make spiral with fork or spoon for marble effect at top. Then bake for about forty minutes or till the top turns slightly golden colour. To check, insert a toothpick in the center, it should comes out clean. Else bake the cake for five more minutes. Cool the cake completely in the cake tin. Run the knife at the side and invert the cake on the serving plate, cut into required size and serve.
My Notes: Use measuring cups and spoon.
