Steps To Make The Sweet Corn Halwa:

Preparations, steam the sweet corn for 5mins. Cool and take out the corn kernels. Then grind the corn kernels into fine paste and keep aside.
To make the halwa, heat 2 tbsp of ghee in a heavy bottom kadhai, roast the cashews and keep aside. Again add in 2 tbsp of ghee and ground corn paste, stir for an minute.
Add the milk, mix well and bring to boil. Cook over medium flame for about five minutes. When the mixture thickens little, add the sugar and cook. It bubbles like valcano, so cover and cook, also stir in between. When the mixture turns into halwa consistency means, add the remaining ghee and cardamom powder, mix well together. Finally add the cashews, mix well and remove from the flame. Cool little and serve.
My Notes: While making halwa, it bubbles heavy so carefully cook.
Serving Suggestion: Serve the sweet corn halwa with the murukku.
