Steps To Make The Kondakadalai Sukka:

Preparation, soak the kondakadalai with enough water for overnight or atleast eight hours.
To make the kondakadalai sukka, pressure cook the soaked kondakadalai with one and half cup of water, turmeric powder and required salt for an whistle and five minutes over simmer. When all the steam has released, open the pan and keep aside. Dissolve the jaggery with some water and keep aside.

My Notes: Most of the jaggery contains impurities, so dissolve in water or make syrup, filter it and then use.
Serving Suggestion: Serve the kondakadalai sukka with the puri, naan, chapathi or lemon rice.
