Garlic Sauteed Mushroom Recipe | Very Simple Easy And Tasty Garlic Sauteed In Mushroom Recipe is made with the main ingredients of mushroom, garlic and butter. You can make this dish within ten minutes. It goes well the with sambar and dal rice. Now lets see how to make this garlic sauteed mushroom with step by step images and instructions.

Ingredients :

Butter - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Mushroom - 200 gm (quarted)
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Lemon Juice - few drops
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Salt To Taste.
Method :

Steps To Make The Garlic Sauteed Mushroom Recipe:

Heat the butter in a kadhai, add the garlic and saute till its turn slightly golden colour. Add the mushroom and slowly cook in the butter till soft with required salt. It take almost five minutes (+ or -). Then add the pepper powder and lemon juice, stir for few seconds. Finally add the coriander leaves, mix well and serve hot.
My Notes:  I am not used water to cook the mushroom, if required, sprinkle some water and cook.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with the sambar rice or dal rice.
