Boneless Vanjaram | Seer Fish - 250 gm (1\2 inch pieces) |
Lemon Juice - 1\2 no |
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp |
Salt - as required |
Egg White - 1 no |
Maida - 2 tbsp |
Cornflour - 2 tbsp |
Pepper Powder - 2 tsp |
Bread Crumbs - 1\2 cup |
Oil - deep fry. |

Notes: If the mixture is too thick means add some more egg white, don't add water. Cook over medium flame and stir in between. |

Take a mixing bowl, add the fish chunks, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and required salt, mix well. Then add the egg white and mix well. |
After that add that add the madia, cornflour, pepper powder and bread crumbs, mix well altogether. If the mixture is too thick means, add some extra egg white and mix well. |
Heat enough oil in a kadhai, drop the fish chunks one by one and cook over medium flame. Deep fry them till golden color and serve hot. |
