Koduva Meen Varuval With Venkaya Masala | Sea Bass Onion Fish Fry

Ingredients :

Koduva Meen | Sea Bass - 350 gm (sliced, washed)
Sambar Onion | Shallots - 1\2 cup
Red Chili - 1 and 1\2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1\4 tsp
Salt - as required
Oil - for shallow fry
Method :
To make the masala, grind the sambar onion, red chili powder, turmeric powder and required salt into fine paste without water.
Marinate the fish pieces with the onion masala for about thirty minutes.
Shallow fry over medium flame and serve hot.
Notes: Don't add water to grind onion. Cook the fish over medium flame.
