Koduva Meen | Sea Bass - 350 gm (sliced, washed) |
Sambar Onion | Shallots - 1\2 cup |
Red Chili - 1 and 1\2 tsp |
Turmeric Powder - 1\4 tsp |
Salt - as required |
Oil - for shallow fry |
Method : |
To make the masala, grind the sambar onion, red chili powder, turmeric powder and required salt into fine paste without water. |
Marinate the fish pieces with the onion masala for about thirty minutes. |
Shallow fry over medium flame and serve hot. |
Notes: Don't add water to grind onion. Cook the fish over medium flame. |

Then marinate the fish pieces with the ground onion paste for about 30 minutes. Heat some oil in a tawa, shallow fry the marinated fish, cook over medium flame and also cook until the onion masala raw smell leaves. Serve hot. |
