Method : |
Preparation, cut a thin slice on the extreme edge of the mango. Carefully insert a narrow knife into the mango, run around the seed and take out the seed. Using spoon, scope out the pulp. |
Measure the mango pulp. For two cups of mango pulp, we need one cup of fresh cream, half cup cup of condensed milk or sugar and some finely chopped mango bites. |
Blend the mango pulp, fresh cream and sugar into creamy. Add the mango bites, mix well and the mango ice cream mixture is ready. |
Fill the hollow mango with the ice cream mixture. Freeze overnight and serve. |
Notes: Carefully take out the mango seed and pulp. |

Add the mango bites and mix well altogether. Then till the mango and cover it. |
Place the mango in a bowl and freeze overnight. And the mango filled ice cream is ready. |
