Oil - 1 tbsp |
Garlic - 1 tsp (finely chopped) |
Carrot - 1 cup (finely chopped) |
Beans - 1 cup (finely chopped) |
Cabbage - 1 cup (finely chopped) |
Salt - as required |
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp (+ or -) |
Soy Sauce - 1 tsp |
Basmathi Rice - 1 cup (soaked 15mins) |
Sugar - 1\2 tsp |
Spring Onion - 2 tbsp (finely chopped) |
Method : |
Preparation, soak the basmathi rice for 15mins. Cook with one and half cup of water and required salt, keep aside. |
To make the fried rice, heat the oil in a kadhai, saute the garlic till its raw smell leaves. |
Add the carrot, beans and cabbage, cook all the vegetables with required salt. |
Add the soy sauce and pepper powder, mix well. |
Add the cooked basmathi rice and sugar, mix well and cook for about two minutes. |
Finally add the spring onion, mix all and the veg fried rice is ready. |

Preparation, wash and soak 1 cup of basmathi rice for 15mins. Then cook with 1 and 1\2 cup water, keep aside. (I forget to take photos) |

Cook with required salt, water is not required. Then add the soy sauce and pepper powder, mix well. |
Add the basmathi rice and sugar, mix well and cook for about 2 mins to caramel the sugar. Finally add the spring onion, mix well and the veg fried rice is ready. |
