Onion - 1 no (finely chopped) |
Green Chili - 1 no (finely chopped) |
Chicken - 1\4 cup (finely chopped) |
Turmeric Powder - 1\4 tsp |
Cumin Seeds Powder - 1\2 tsp |
Pepper Powder - 1\2 tsp |
Egg - 2 no |
Coriander Leaves - some (finely chopped) |
Salt - to taste |
Large Capsicum - 1 no (sliced) |
Oil - 1 tbsp + extra |
Method : |
Heat oil in a kadhai, add the onion and green chili, saute until the onion turns translucent. Add the chicken pieces and cook for an minute. Add the turmeric powder, cumin seeds powder, pepper powder and required salt, mix well. Cook the chicken over simmer. |
In a mixing bowl, add the eggs, coriander leaves and required salt, mix well. Add the chicken mixture, mix well. |
Heat the tawa and grease with required oil. Place the sliced capsicum and fill the required egg-chicken mixture. Cook with required oil on both sides. Serve hot. |
Notes: Slice the capsicum little thick. Water is not required to cook the chicken. |
