Basmathi Rice - 1 cup |
Oil - 1 tsp |
Salt as required |
Boneless Chicken - 200gm |
Pepper - 1 tsp |
Salt as required |
Egg - 3 nos |
Oil - 2 tsp |
Salt as required |
Garlic - 1 tsp (finely chopped) |
Spring Onion's Onion - 2 tbsp |
Soy Sauce - 1 and 1\2 tsp |
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp (+ or -) |
Spring Onion - 2 tbsp (finely chopped) |
Method : |
Wash and soak the basmathi rice for fifteen minutes. Boil six cups of water, add oil and required salt, mix well. Add the soaked basmathi rice, cook until 2\3 done. Drain the water and cool completely. |
Pressure cook the chicken pieces with half cup of water, pepper and required salt for one whistle over high flame and five minutes over low flame. When all the steam released, open the pan and shred the chicken into small pieces. |
Make egg crumble with two teaspoon of oil and required salt. |
To make the chicken egg fried rice, heat the oil in a kadhai, add the garlic and saute until its raw smell leaves. Add the onion and saute until translucent. Add the basmathi rice, soy sauce and pepper powder, mix all. Then add the chicken, crumbled egg and spring onion, mix all gently. Saute for about 2mins over high flame and serve hot. |
Notes: Don't over cook the basmathi rice else will break easily. |

Then add the chicken, crumbled egg and spring onion, mix all. Saute for about 2mins over high flame and serve hot. |
