Chicken White Sauce And Cheese Cutlets | Chicken Cutlets Recipe - It is soft inside and crunchy outside. I love this cutlet so much and enjoyed with my family. Made with very simple ingredients and easy to make. Veg it by using mixed vegetables, macaroni, millets, potato, mushroom or paneer. Ingredients :

Butter - 1 tbsp
Maida - 1 tbsp
Milk - 1\2 cup
Oil - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Onion - 1 no (finely chopped)
Chicken - 1 cup (small pieces)
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Mixed Herbs - 1 tsp
Mozzarella Cheese - 1\4 cup
Fresh Bread Crumbs - 1\4 cup
Egg - 1 no
Fresh Bread Crumbs - 3\4 cup
Oil for deep fry.
Method :
To make the white sauce, heat the butter and maida in a sauce pan, mix well and cook until slightly golden colour. Add the milk, mix without lumps and cook until little thick sauce. Keep aside.
To make the chicken mixture, heat the oil in a kadhai, add the garlic and saute until its raw smell leaves. Add the onion and saute until slightly golden colour. Add the chicken pieces and cook over lower flame. Add the pepper powder and mixed herbs, mix well. Remove from the flame and cool completely.
Grind the chicken mixture, then add the cheese and again grind to combine well.
To make the cutlet mixture, in a mixing bowl, add the white sauce and chicken-cheese mixture, mix well. Add the bread crumbs, mix well and make soft dough, if required add bread crumbs.
Make cutlets shape.
Separately beat the egg with 1 tbsp of water.
Dip the cutlets in the beaten egg mixture, then coat bread crumbs for outer layer.
Shallow fry or deep the cutlets in a small batches and serve hot.
Notes: Make white sauce little thick in a mayonnaise consistency else difficult to make cutlets. Grind the cheese or you can also use grated cheese. Salt is not required, because cheese contains salt.
