Maida - 150 gm |
Baking Powder - 1\2 tsp |
Salt - 1\8 tsp |
Fresh Cardamom Powder - 3 nos |
Unsalted Butter - 75 gm (room temperature) |
Icing Sugar - 75 gm |
Milk Powder - 1 tbsp |
Milk - 1 tbsp |
White Chocolate Chips - 1\4 cup |
Extra |
Butter - to grease |
Melted White Chocolate - to decorate |
Sugar Sprinkles - to decorate |
Method : |
Preparation, Sift the maida, baking powder, salt and cardamom powder for two times. |
To make the milk cookies dough, In a mixing bowl, add the butter, icing sugar, and milk powder, beat with spatula until light and creamy. Add in the milk and mix well. Add in the sifted flour mixture and white chocolate chips, mix well. |
Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius at Convection mode. |
Grease the baking tray with butter or line with parchment paper. |
Take a tablespoon of dough, form into ball and press into circle for 1\4 inch thickness. Place on the prepared baking tray, with some space between each cookies. |
Bake for fifteen minutes (+ or -) until slightly golden colour. |
Cool the cookies on the tray until firm slightly, then transfer to racks and cool completely. |
To decorate, dip one side of the milk cookies in the melted chocolate and sprinkle sugar sprinkles. |
Notes: Cool the milk cookies completely, pack with cover and store in a air tight box. If the milk cookies dough is too crumble means, add some extra butter. |
