Gingelly Oil - 2 tbsp |
Sambar Onion - 1\2 cup (chopped) |
Curry Leaves - 1 stk |
Dry Red Chilies - 2 nos |
Chicken Liver | Kozhi Eeral - 2 nos (1" cut) |
Turmeric Powder - 1\2 tsp |
Salt - as requried |
Pepper Powder - 1\2 tsp |
Cumin Seeds Powder - 1\2 tsp |
Method : |
Heat the oil in a kadhai, add the sambar onion, curry leaves and dry red chili, saute until the onion turns translucent. Add the eeral and turmeric powder, mix well. When the eeral colour starts changing, add the required salt. Cook over low flame until soft. At last add the pepper powder and cumin seeds powder, mix well and ready. |
Notes: Chicken eeral cooks fast and it take around 3 to 5 minutes only. |
