Ingredients : |
Boneless Chicken - 250gm (1 to 1 and 1\2" long, 1\4" thickness) |
Ginger - 1 tsp (finely chopped) |
Garlic - 1 tsp (finely chopped) |
Green Chili - 1 no (finely chopped) |
Pepper Powder - 1\2 tsp |
Red Chili Paste - 1 to 2 tsp |
Salt - as required |
Beaten Egg - 1\2 no |
Cornflour - 2 tbsp |
Maida - 1 tbsp |
Oil - deep fry. |
Method : |
To marinate, in a mixing bowl, add the chicken, ginger, garlic, green chili, pepper powder, red chili paste and required salt, mix well. Marinate for about half an hour. |
Heat enough oil to deep the chicken. |
Then add the required beaten egg, cornflour and maida in to the marinated chicken, mix well. |
Deep fry them in a small batches, cook over medium flame, by stirring frequently and serve hot. |
Notes: Add the maida, cornflour and egg into marinated chicken, before frying for little crispiness. Drop the chicken pieces one by one in the oil, avoid to stick each others. |
