Ripe Mango Paneer Gravy | Mambazham Paneer Gravy | Mango Season Special - King Of Fruit - Last week bought some banganapalle mangoes from Big Bazaar. They are juicy, tasty and very flavorful. Already I posted kulfi and poori recipes. This time planned to make simple gravy with panner. Its very tasty gravy and I made in the northern style. Now lets see how to make this mango paneer gravy recipe with step by step instructions, images and video.

Ingredients :

Onion - 1 no
Garlic - 1 cloves
Ginger - 1\2 inch (optional)
Green Chili - 1 no
Butter - 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1\4 tsp
Garam Masala - 1\2 tsp
Mango Puree - 1 cup
Salt - as required
Paneer  Cubes - 200gm
Fresh Cream - 2 tbsp
Kasoori Methi - 1 tsp (crushed)
Method :
Grind the onion, garlic, ginger and green chili into paste.
Heat the butter in a kadhai, add the ground onion mixture and saute until its raw smell leaves. Add the turmeric powder and garam masala, stir few seconds. Add the mango paste, required salt and 1\4 cup of water, mix well and bring to boil. Add the paneer cubes, mix and cook for about one minute over low flame. Finally add the fresh cream and kasoori methi, mix well and ready.
Notes: Don't over cook the mango to retains its flavor and color. If the mango paste is sweet-less means add some sugar to balance the taste.
