Gingelly Oil - 2 tbsp |
Onion - 1 no (finely chopped) |
Curry Leaves - 1 stk |
Crushed Ginger Garlic - 1 tbsp |
Prawn | Eraal - 250 gm (cleaned) |
Turmeric Powder - 1\2 tsp |
Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp |
Pepper Powder - 1\2 tsp |
Cumin Seeds Powder - 1\2 tsp |
Salt - as required |
Water - 1\2 cup |
Grated Raw Mango - 1\2 cup |
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp (chopped) |
Method : |
Heat the oil in a kadhai, add the onion and curry leaves, saute until the onion turns slightly golden color. Add the ginger garlic and saute until its raw smell leaves. |
Add the prawn and turmeric powder, cook over medium flame for about one minute. Add the red chili powder, pepper powder, cumin seeds powder and required salt. Mix well. |
Add water, mix and cook for about three to four minutes, Then add the grated raw mango and cook until the water reduced and turns into thick gravy. At last add the coriander leaves, mix well and ready. |
Notes: Cook the prawn over medium flame by stirring frequently. |
