Mango Chocolate Kulfi | Mambalam White Chocolate Kulfi | Summer Special Indian Ice Cream - No Preservatives, No Color And Only Natural Taste. Its made with the main ingredients of milk, sugar, white compound chocolate and mango. Also cornflour is used for smooth texture. Already I posted some kulfi recipes, similarly this one is also very easy to make. Now lets see how to make this mango chocolate kulfi recipe with easy step by step instructions, images and video.

Mango Chocolate Kulfi | Mambalam White Chocolate Kulfi | Summer Special


Prep Time: 6 to 8 hrs

Ingredients :

Milk - 2 cups
Brown Sugar - 1\4 cup
Cornflour - 2 tsp
White Compound Chocolate - 1\2 cup (roughly chopped)
Mango Paste - 3\4 cup
White Compound Chocolate - extra, required.
Method :
To make the kulfi mixture, heat the milk and sugar in a pan. Bring to boil.
Separately mix the cornflour with some water, add it in to the boiling milk. Mix well and cook over medium flame for about five mins or until the mixture turns into slurry consistency.
Then turn off the flame. Mix the white chocolate mixture and cool them completely.
Mix the mango paste and the kulfi mixture is ready.
Fill the kulfi moulds and freeze overnight or until firm to touch.
To de mould, insert the ice cream stick or bamboo stick in the center, run the knife around the sides and pull out the kufli.
To serve, roll the kulfi on roughly chopped chocolate or dip in the melted chocolate and serve immediately.
Notes: Cool the milk-chocolate mixture and then add the mango paste.
