Karuppu Ellu | Black Sesame Seeds - 1 cup |
Ghee - 2 tbsp |
Grated Coconut - 1 cup |
Nattu Sakkarai - 1 cup |
Cardamoms - 3 nos |
Method : |
Heat heavy kadhai, dry roast the sesame seeds until its crackle, stir over medium flame. Keep aside to cool completely. Then heat the ghee in the same kadhai, roast the coconut until its colour change little. Cool completely. |
Grind the roasted sesame seeds, coconut, nattu sakkarai and caradamom into coarsely. Make small balls and ready. |
Notes: Use heavy kadhai else the sesame seeds will get burnt easily. |
