கோடை ஸ்பேஷல் ரோஸ் குல்பி | Creamy Rose Kulfi | Homemade Rose Chocolate Kulfi | Summer Special Indian Ice Cream - No Preservatives - Only Natural Taste. Its made with the main ingredients of milk, homemade rose syrup, condensed milk and paneer rose. Also cornflour and fresh cream is used for smooth and creamy texture. Already I posted some kulfi recipes, similarly this one is also very easy to make. Follow the recipe as below with easy step by step instructions, images and video.

Ingredients : |
Milk - 1\2 liter |
Cornflour - 1 tbsp |
Fresh Cream - 1 cup |
Homemade Rose Syrup - 1 cup to 1 and 1\4 cups |
Condensed Milk - 1\2 cup |
Rose Essence - few drops |
Paneer Roses - 3 to 4 nos |
Melted White Chocolate - required |
Method : |
Heat the milk in a thick pan or heavy bottom pan, bring to boil. Separately mix the cornflour with some water, make thin paste, add it into the boiling milk. Cook for about three to four minutes or until it reaches little thick consistency, by stirring frequently. |
Add the fresh cream, homemade rose syrup, condensed milk and rose essence. Mix well and again cook for about one minute. |
Let it cool them and then add the paneer rose petals. Now the rose kulfi mixture is ready. |
Fill the kulfi molds and freeze them overnight or at least eight hours to set. |
To demold, insert the bamboo stick or ice cream stick in the center. Run the knife around the kulfi and pull out the stick. Dip in the melted white chocolate and serve immediately. |
Notes: Cornflour is used to break the crystallization, it also helps for creamy texture. |
