Prawns And Dark Chocolate - I would never have imagined this prawns and dark chocolate combination, really it could work out well. Its slightly spicy and more chocolaty. It could be serve as starter or make roll with the chapathi.

Chocolate Prawns | Chocolate Eraal Recipe | Children's Day Special

Ingredients :

Prawns - 250 gms
Garlic - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Lemon Zest - 1 tsp (grated)
Red Chili Flakes - 1 tsp
Salt - as required
Oil - shallow fry
Butter - 1 tbsp
Sweetened Dark Chocolate - 2 to 3 tbsps (finely chopped or grated)
Method :
In a mixing bowl, add the cleaned prawns, garlic, lemon zest, red chilli flakes and required salt. Mix altogether and marinate for about thirty minutes.
Heat some oil in a pan/kadhia and shallow fry the marinated prawns and keep aside.
To make the chocolate prawns, heat the butter in a pan/kadhai, add the dark chocolates and mix to melt over simmer. Add the fried prawn, mix and serve hot.
Notes: Use finely chopped or grated sweetened dark chocolate to melt quickly and also to avoid burning.
