Simple chocolate cupcakes 🧁🧁 and ganache.

The combination of samba wheat and chocolate are extremely delicious. They are moist and full of chocolates. Made with the samba gothumai maavu | samba wheat flour, dark chocolates, condensed milk, brown sugar, butter, cocoa powder and simple ingredients.

Similarly we can also try with the wheat flour, kambu maavu | bajra flour or even with the health mix flour.

I tried to explain clearly with easy step by step instructions, images and video (will post soon).

Recipe :

Samba Gothumai Chocolate Cupcakes | New Year Special 2020


Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 18 + 10 minutes

Ingredients :

Samba Gothumai Flour - 1 cup
Cocoa Powder - 1\4 cup
Baking Powder - 1\2 tsp
Cooking Soda - 1\4 cup
Melted Unsalted Butter - 80 gms
Condensed Milk - 1\2 cup
Brown Sugar - 1\4 cup
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
Milk - 1\3 cup
Dark Chocolate - 1\2 cup (small pieces)

 

Ganache

Fresh Cream - 1\2 cup
Dark Chocolate - 1\2 cup (chopped)

Method :
PREPARATIONS
Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius at convectional mode. Line the cupcake mold with the liner. Sieve the samba wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and cooking soda, keep aside.
CUPCAKES
To make the cupcakes batter, in a mixing bowl, add the melted unsalted butter, condensed milk, brown sugar and vanilla essence, using whisk mix altogether.
Add in the milk and mix well.
Add the sieved flour mixture and mix well. If the batter is too thick, add some more milk.
Add the dark chocolates and mix them.
Fill the cupcakes batter into the mold upto 3\4th. Tap gently to spread the batter evenly. Bake for about eighteen minutes (+ or -) in a preheated oven.
Cool the cupcakes.
GANACHE
Heat the fresh cream in a pan, turn the flame into simmer. Add the dark chocolate and mix well.
Cook till the chocolate melts. Cool them and keep aside.
Dip the cupcakes top on the ganache, decorate with sugar sprinkles and serve.
Notes: Use all the ingredients at room temperature. Baking time will vary for every oven.

Mix well and cook till the chocolate melts. Cool completely. Dip the cupcakes top on the ganache, decorate with sugar sprinkles and serve.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with the ice cream.
