Apple - 1\2 cup (grated) |
Egg - 1 no |
Kambu | Pearl Millet Flour - 2 tbsps |
Brown Sugar - 2 tbsps |
Cinnamon Powder - 1\8 tsp |
Salt as needed |
Ghee - required |
Method : |
To make the apple pancake batter, mix the grated apple, egg, kambu \ pearl millet flour, brown sugar, cinnamon powder and salt in a mixing bowl. |
Heat a lightly ghee-ed or oiled tawa, pour some apple pancake batter approximately half, add 1 tsp of ghee around the pancake, cook on both sides over medium flame. |
Serve hot. |
Notes: If the pancake batter is too thick, add some milk. Else if the batter is too thin, add some kambu flour. |
