Tandoori Chicken Recipe | How To Make Tandoori Chicken | Grilled Oven Method


Prep Time: 10mins + 1 hr marination
Bake time: 40 minutes

Ingredients :

Chicken - 1 kg (4 pieces)
Unsalted butter for brushing

Marination

Red chili powder - 1 and 1\2 tsp
Coriander seeds powder - 1 and 1\2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1\4 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1\2 tsp
Cumin seeds powder - 1\2 tsp
Black salt - 1\4 tsp
Peeper powder - 1\2 tsp
Dried kasoori methi - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Lemon juice - 1\2 tsp
Hunged curd - 1\2 cup
Oil - 1 tbsp
Required salt
Method :
Firstly mix the mentioned marination masala in a mixing bowl. Marinate with the chicken pieces for about one hour.
Bake for about forty minutes or until done in a 220 degree Celsius preheated oven at convectional mode. Also turn the chicken pieces halfway and bake further.
Once done, brush some unsalted butter all over and serve hot.
Notes: Make some cut all over the chicken pieces to absorb the spices well. Similarly we can also use whole chicken.
