Prep Time: 10 minutes + 1\2 hr marination
Cook time: 15 minutes

Serves: 3 persons
Ingredients :
Curry Leaves - 4 stk
Pepper - 1 and 1\2 tsps
Dry Red Chilies - 2 nos
Garlic - 3 cloves
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Tamarind - 1 inch ball size
Salt - as required
Viral Fish | River Fish Slices - 1\2 kg
Oil for shallow fry
Method :
Grind the curry leaves, pepper, dry red chilies, garlic cloves, cumin seeds, tamarind and required salt into paste.
Marinate the fish slices with the ground masala for about half an hour.
Shallow fry them and serve hot.
Notes: adjust the spices as per your taste.
