Sapota Kulfi | How To Make Chikoo Kulfi | Sapota Indian Ice Cream - I don't know, why the kulfi ice creams are selling in night at Chennai. Still I could remember my childhood days, Whenever we heard the bell sounds, we immediately rush and bought at least 2 kulfi's for every one. Cost was 5 rupees and 10 rupees only, depends on sizes. Taste was really delicious and those days will never come back 😉... Kulfi making process is really very easy. Only the consistency is important. The main three ingredients are milk, sugar and cornflour only. Cornflour helps to thicken the kulfi mixture. With them I used condensed milk and brown sugar for more taste.
