Prawn Golden Fry | இறால் வறுவல் | Eral Varuval
Ingredients :
Prawn - 250 gm (de-veined)
Egg - 1 no
Bread Crumbs - 1/2 cup
Oil for fry.
To Marinate
:
Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
White Pepper - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 no
Salt to taste.
Method :
First marinate prawn with mentioned ingredients for 1/2 an hour.
Dip marinated prawns in beaten egg and then roll them on bread crumbs and keep aside.
Deep fry the prawns until golden brown colour in simmer and ready to serve.
Serving Suggestion : Serve hot with
Mutton Keema Pulao
