Simple Curd Fried Chicken | தயிர் கோழி வறுவல்
Ingredients :
Chicken - 250 gm
Oil for shallow fry.
To Marinate
:
Curd - 2 tbsp
Red Chili Powder - 3/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste.
Method :
Marinate chicken pieces with all mentioned ingredients for an hour.
Shallow fry the marinated chicken pieces on both sides in simmer until tender.
Serving Suggestion : Serve hot with Curd Rice, Dal Rice or Rasam.
