Uppu Seedai | Salt Seedai | உப்பு சீடை | Easy Seedai | Gokulashtami / Krishna Jayanthi / Janmashtami Special Recipe
Ingredients :
Rice Flour - 1 and 1/2 cup
Urad Dal Flour - 1/4 cup
Butter - 3 tbsp (room temperature)
Water - required
Salt to Taste
Oil for Deep Fry.
Method :
Steps To Make Uppu Seedai
:
Combine rice flour, urad dal flour, butter and required salt in a bowl.
Add water little by little and knead into very soft dough.
Make small balls and keep aside.
Heat oil in a kadai, deep fry seedai balls till golden colour and ready to serve.

Serving Suggestion : Serve with Murukku and Rava Laddu
