Egg-less Banana Choco Chips Cookies
Total time: 40 minutes + chilling

Morris Banana - 1/2 no
Choco Chips - 1/3 cup
Cocoa Powder - 2 tbsp
Butter - 70 gm
Maida \ All Purpose Flour - 100 gm
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Baking Powder - 1/4 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/8 tsp
Salt - 2 pinch |
Preparation :
- Sieve the maida with baking powder, soda and salt for 2 to 3 times, keep aside.
- Smash the banana and keep aside.

Steps To Make The Banana Choco Chips Cookies :
- Melt the butter with sugar in a pan. (Image 1)
- Add in cocoa powder, mix well and cook for half a minute. (Image 2)
- Then add well smashed banana and again cook for half a minute. (Image 3)
- Remove the pan from the flame and allow to cool completely. (Image 4)

- To make the cookies dough, combine the sieved maida with banana-cocoa mixture and knead gently to make dough. (Image 5)
- Add in the choco chips and mix well. (Image 6)
- Then refrigerate the dough for half an hour. (Image 7)
- Roll the dough into 1/4 inch thickness and cut into desired shapes. (Image 8)
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 mins (+ or -) at 180 degree Celsius. (Image 9)
- Cool on the rack and store in a air tight container box. (Image 10)
