Instant Sweet Jaggery Coconut Dosai | Inippu Vellam Thengai Dosai

Maida - 1 cup
Rice Flour - 1/2 cup
Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
Jaggery - 1/2 cup
Cardamom Pods - 4 no
Water - 1 and 1/2 cup (+ or -)
Ghee \ Butter - required
Salt to Taste. |
Steps To Make The Instant Sweet Dosai Batter and Dosai :

- Dissolve the jaggery in a hot boiling water and let it cool completely. (Image 1)
- To make the batter, combine the maida, rice flour and salt in a mixing bowl. (Image 2)
- Mix with the filtered jaggery water without lumps. (Image 3)
- Then mix with the coconut and cardamom. (Image 4 and 5)

- To make dosai, heat the iron tawa \ non-stick tawa, put a ladle full of batter on the tawa, tilt in a circular motion thinly by using ladle and smear a few drops of ghee / butter. (Image 6)
- Cook over medium flame till the side turns a light brown colour and then flip it. (Image 7)
- Reduce the flame and cook till done. (Image 8)
- Do the same for the remaining batter.
