Homemade Paneer \ Indian Cottage Cheese - 1 cup
Homemade Sweetened Condensed Milk - 3/4 cup
Maida \ All Purpose Flour - 1 tbsp
Milk - 2 to 3 tbsp |
Steps To Make The Milk Sweet :
- Blend the paneer, sweetened condensed milk and maida together into a smooth paste by using mixer. (Image 1 and 2)

- Heat the paneer mixture in a non-stick pan or thick bottomed pan with milk. (Image 3)
- Once heated, reduce the flame into simmer and cook for 12 to 15minutes by stirring continuously till it becomes dry enough. (Image 4)
- Pour on a greased plate, flatten and cut into desired shapes. (Image 5 and 6)

Variation :
- For almond flour, blend few drops of almond essence and a 1/2 tsp of saffron soaked in a tablespoon of milk with paneer and condensed milk.
