Creamy Kadhai Chicken White Gravy | KozhiKari Gravy -Andhra Style

Boneless Chicken - 250 gm ( 1- inch or 1 and 1/2- inch)
Roasted Ground nuts - 2 tbsp (skinless)
White Sesame Seeds - 1 tbsp
Shallots - 3/4 cup
Green Chilli - 3 no
Ginger - 1" (chopped)
Garlic - 7 cloves
Cloves - 2 no
Cardamom - 2 no
Cinnamon Stick - 2" long
Fresh Curd - 1 cup
Boiled Milk - 1/2 cup (+ or -)
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt to Taste.

Steps To Make The Kadhai Chicken Gravy :
- First dry roast the groundnut and sesame seeds in a hot kadhai \ pan, allow to cool. (Image 1)
- Then grind into fine paste with milk and keep aside. (Image 2, 3 and 4)

- Secondly, heat oil in a same kadhai \ pan, roast the cinnamon stick, cardamom and cloves. (Image 5)
- Add in the ginger, garlic and green chili, saute for few seconds. (Image 6)
- Then add in the shallots and saute till the shallots becomes light brown colour. (Image 7 and 8)
- Allow to cool completely and then grind into fine paste. (Image 9 and 10)

- To marinate, combine the chicken with groundnut-sesame paste, shallots mixture paste, curd and required salt in a kadhai, mix well and marinate for an hour. (Image 11 and 12)
- After marinate, cook for 20 to 25 minutes over medium flame, stir in between. (Image 13)
- Finally add the coriander leaves, mix well and ready to serve. (Image 14)

Serving Suggestion :
Chapathi, Poori or Dosai.
