Mushroom Cheese Stuffed Paratha | Kaalan Cheese Stuffed Chappathi

For Dough :
All Purpose Flour \ Maida - 2 cup
Butter - 2 tbsp
Milk - required
For Stuffing :
Mushroom - 200 gm (finely chopped)
Cheese - 1/2 cup (grated)
Onion - 1 no (finely chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin Seeds Powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Mint Leaves - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Butter - 2 tbsp
Salt to Taste. |
Steps To Make The Paratha Dough :
- Combine the flour, butter and required salt in a mixing bowl. (Image 1)
- Add required milk and knead into soft dough and set aside for half an hour. (Image 2)

Steps To Make The Mushroom Cheese Stuffing :
- Heat butter in a kadhai \ pan and saute the onion till translucent. (Image 3)
- Add in ginger garlic paste and saute till its raw smell leaves. (Image 4)
- Then add in the mushroom and cook over medium flame for about 10mins (+ or -) (Image 5)
- Stir in the red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds powder, garam masala and required salt until its raw smell leaves. (Image 6)

- Then add the mint and coriander leaves, saute for few seconds, remove from the flame and allow to cool. (Image 7 and 8)
- Finally add the cheese and mix altogether and keep aside. (Image 9 and 10)

Steps To Make The Mushroom Cheese Stuffed Paratha :
- Divide the prepared dough into 6 parts (+ or -), take one part of dough, stuff two tablespoon of prepared mushroom-cheese stuff. (Image 11 and 12)
- Roll the stuffed dough into circle by using flour. (Image 13)
- Cook on hot tawa and ready to serve. (Image 14)
- Do the same for the remaining dough.
